General Consulting
We offer strategic guidance across a wide range of HR and organizational needs, including workforce planning, policy evaluation, process refinement, employee experience improvement, and organizational development.
Hourly Rate: $100/hour
Monthly Advisory Plans:
• 10‑Hour Plan: $900/month
• 20‑Hour Plan: $1,800/month
Hours included in each monthly advisory plan must be used within the applicable month and do not roll over to subsequent months. Additional hours beyond the plan allotment are billed at the standard hourly rate.
DEI Consulting
Our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) consulting focuses on building inclusive, equitable workplace environments through evidence‑based strategies, cultural assessments, policy insights, and implementation support.
Hourly Rate: $120/hour
Monthly Advisory Plans:
• 10‑Hour Plan: $1,080/month
• 20‑Hour Plan: $2,160/month
